Update on Alicia:
So she is doing better now. She has decided that taking her life isn't the best thing she could be doing. Went back on her meds. And now she is trying to lose weight so she can join the Army after she graduates college. So ya things are better now.

So yesterday, my friend  Alicia called me and told me that she was "hitting a pole" as she put it. Meaning she was cutting herself and was really depressed. And we talked for a while. She said she was OK, so we told each other good bye and I thought she would be alright ( Read more... )

So Sunday I found out that my little cousin (who is 13-14) was unconscious in the hospital and doctors said if she didn't make it through the next 48 hours, she might die. I really need to start working out, I just can't get motivated to do it. I think once I get EA Active..it should help. I tried going to the gym, but it makes me uncomfortable. I feel like I should be doing more than I can handle. For now I am gonna try to walk more and start drinking more tea instead of pop. Try to eat better ( Read more... )

I go back to work tomorrow and on one side I am happy to go back. I have had my break. And I think I can handle going back now. Before I left I was about to break. I literally didn't care.
