*HUGS* Leaving was hard for me, too.

Give yourself some time to be home with the girls, and time to see what all extra help Meghan needs. After a while, you'll either find that you love not having to go to work, or you'll feel like you're ready to go back and you can look for something new at that point...maybe even go back to Apple. They know you and like you, so they may be able to find something for you if/when you're ready to work again.
