Summary: Kibum gets to know a lot of things in the same day. And what happens after a while?

Kibum stood up when he heard familiar voice talking behind the bars. Before he turned his face to Minho, he made sure there wasn't any tears on his face and forced a little smile on his lips.
"We have something to talk, privately." Minho smiled when a guard opened the door. He followed the tall male as the guard closed the door, leaving Siwon to stand there, confused.
"You've changed... You've cut your hair!" Kibum suddenly said and hurried to walk next to Minho, who laughed a little.
"It's been a while already. But you haven't changed at all... Oh wait, is that a beard?" He teased and pointed Kibum's jaw.
"Maybe. I haven't looked to a mirror for a while. But what brings you here?"
They stopped when they were in front of a private room, where cons usually met their layers. And Kibum knew it was something about his arrest or charges. He sat on the chair behind the table when Minho sat to the other one, taking some papers from his case.
"You can leave us now." He said to the guard, not even looking at him. Finally Minho looked at Kibum when the door was closed.
"I met the judge yesterday. And he told me that you have behaved well all the time you've been here." He paused and looked at his papers. Kibum on the other hand, had hard time to keep himself calm. Is he gonna shorten my imprisonment?!
"You'll be delivered to probation tomorrow."
"WHAT?!" Kibum couldn't help himself but jumped up to his feet so that the chair crashed to the cold floor. Minho smiled to him and mentioned him to sit back down.
"Sit down. You have to fill these papers and... I didn't tell you everything..."
Kibum pulled his chair up and sat down, his face was now serious and steady.
"What is it?" He asked.
Minho looked at him for a moment. "He didn't give Park Jungsu probation." It didn't seem to surprise Kibum at all.
"I kinda guessed that. Do you know why?" But Minho shook his head and gave a pile of papers to Kibum. He waited until Kibum had read all of them and then gave a pencil so he could sign them.
"I'll be here to pick you up tomorrow. We're done here!" He shouted over his shoulder when he had packed his case and the guard opened the door for him as he left. Kibum just sat on his chair, trying to understand that in tomorrow he would walk out of the jail!

Kibum walked out to the sun shine. He saw Leeteuk across the yard and happily ran to him, smiling brightly.
"Hyung!" But Leeteuk didn't answer. He didn't even raise his head to look at the youth who was running to him. Kibum slowed down a little seeing his hyung's mood. "Hyung, you're OK?"
Leeteuk rose his head. "Of course I am. And you're even better."
"What?" But then he saw the coldest look in his hyung's eyes he had ever seen and realized what he was talking about. "How do you know?"
"Zhou Mi stopped by while you were probably signing the papers with Minho. He told me what he came to tell you. I'm happy..." Oh yeah. You're jumping in joy! Kibum thought sarcastically.
"But hyung... You have only 8 months left... Don't be like this..." He paused and realized what Leeteuk had said. "What, Zhou Mi stopped by?" Wait a second. Isn't Zhou Mi that Chinese man who Leeteuk told about our robbery...? And he was suppose to be with us. I haven't heard anything about him after that.
"Yeah. He told me that I still have my cake."
"Oh... I'm sorry hyung. I don't want to leave you here...and I want to make sure to you that I'll be waiting for you when you get out." He smiled even though he was about to shout his lungs out. He would miss Leeteuk so much. But it's only 8 months till I see him again...hopefully.
"Teukkie! Kibum-ah" Donghae waved his hand from the basketball ground. "Come to play!" Leeteuk frowned but started to walk to Donghae, who was with Siwon, Eunhyuk and Yesung.
"It's boring to play just with four players." Siwan laughed as they arrived. Eunhyuk nodded furiously and Kibum couldn't help it but laughed at him. He was so happy that he didn't even remember what he had seen earlier between Siwon and Yesung. Or he just didn't want to remember...
"So... Yesung, Leeteuk and Kibum, a team?" Donghae asked and played with the ball, evil smirk on his face.
"Deal!" Yesung laughed and gave high-five to Leeteuk who seemed to be a lot happier now when he had something else to think about, not Kibum's probation.
The game started and Kibum soon noticed how unfair the teams were. Though Kibum and Leeteuk had been in jail a lot longer than neither one of the other team, they hadn't played basket ball that much. (And Yesung hadn't played it at all.) Mean while Donghae was sporty and played with the ball so well that no one was able to take it away from him. Eunhyuk was literally dancing with the ball and Siwon was just so tall.

Eunhyuk threw the ball to Siwon who got it perfectly though Yesung tried to blog his way. They had played for long time, none of them knew how long but they ended the game when they heard the loud RING which meant it was time to go back inside.
Siwon threw the ball away, didn't care where, as Donghae jumped on him and Eunhyuk soon followed, screaming in victory.
"We WON!!!"
Donghae and Siwon laughed. They knew well that the teams had been so unfair that the other team hadn't had any chances to win the game. Kibum seemed a little lonely when they went in but Siwon didn't do anything. He decided to talk with him as soon as they get to their cell. But what amazed him most was that even Leeteuk didn't talk with him.
Soon they were in their cell and as soon as Siwon knew the guard was gone, he turned to Kibum. The younger sat on his bed and his face was totally a big mystery to Siwon. It seemed like Kibum was smiling but still hurt and sad.
"Kibum-ah... About the earlier...about me and Yesung-hyung... You don't think we were..." He paused and took deep breath as Kibum's expression turned into pure rage. "...making out?"
"What the hell do you think I'm thinking?! I know what I saw!" Kibum snapped back.
"YAH! You don't know anything!" Siwon shouted so loud that everyone in the whole jail could hear him. "You know nothing about what you saw!" And then he froze. Kibum had jumped up and was so close to him that their bodies touched and he could feel the smaller's breath against his neck.
"I only know what I saw." He hissed. The warm air made shivers go down Siwon's spine but he refused the urge to push the smaller man away before anything could happen.
"And what exactly did you see?"
"Yesung was about this close to you..." Kibum whispered and pressed himself even more against Siwon's. "He's hands were close to you...like this..." Kibum forced Siwon to back up so that he felt the cold wall behind his back. And then Kibum put his hands either sides of his head. "And then he was probably doing something like this..." The smaller whispered into Siwon's ear before he licked the taller's earlobe with his tongue.
"Ki-kibum..."
"Do you still deny that he didn't do anything like this?" Kibum asked. His voice was nothing but a husky whisper.
"N-no... He didn't do that..." He was cut off when Kibum licked his ear a little more and he had to bite his lip so he couldn't moan out loud.
"Still denying?"
"Bummie... He really didn't do anything like that!" He said out loud but then Kibum stepped one step back and looked straight to the elder's eyes. "It's true Kibum... He didn't do anyth... Mmmmph!"

He still is denying it?! Kibum thought.
The only way to silence the taller male was... Well, Kibum practically rammed himself onto Siwon's body, making the other to hit his back to the wall and gasp because of the pain, and smashed their lips together. It was nothing he had expected himself to do, but there he was: kissing his cell mate!
He felt how Siwon's hands tugged his hair, pulling him closer. He felt how Siwon parted his lips a little and how his tongue slowly slide out and how he licked the younger's bottom lip, asking a permission to enter.
Kibum hesitated a little. He was confused of what was going on and what he should do. But when Siwon continued on licking his lip, he opened his lips a little. And in the same second Siwon's tongue slide into his mouth, making him to gasp because of the new feeling. Not that he hadn't kissed before: of course he had, but never with a man!
And that was when he snapped back to this word. He pushed Siwon away so that he could look him into his eyes.
"Why did you...?"
Siwon rose his eyebrow. "I thought it was you who kissed me?"
Kibum felt how his face turned into crimson red. That's true... Why did I do that?!
"But... You... kissed me back..."

It was time to go to sleep. Kibum was laying on his back. He couldn't sleep because too many things were in his head at the same time: Tomorrow he would get out of there! ...And he had just kissed Siwon. And he kissed me back...!
"Kibum-ah... Are you awake?"
"Hmmmh... Why?" Kibum asked back when Siwon dropped himself down from his bed and sat on the lower bed, next to Kibum.
"I was wondering why were you so quiet around Leeteuk-hyung today?"
"Uuuh... the thing is that..." He paused and looked at his cell mate. "The thing is that... that..." He didn't know how to say it to Siwon. They had known each others just for few days and no he was going to leave.
"Say it. It can't be that hard!"
"I WON'T BE HERE AFTER TOMORROW!" He snapped.
Siwon stared down at him, not believing what he just heard. Kibum felt how his cheeks began to burn as he kept his eyes
"You... Your imprisonment is over?"
Kibum sighed heavily and sat up next to the taller male. "Not exactly. I'll be released to parole."
After saying that he lowered his head and stared at the floor. Siwon stayed quiet. it was driving Kibum nuts but he still didn't do anything. But then he was pressed down to the bed and he found himself looking straight to Siwon's beautiful eyes.
"I love you. And I'm gonna miss you..." The elder whispered and pressed their lips together. This time more gently than last time.
A/N: I'm so sorry about all those grammar and word and what ever mistakes in there... I'm gonna finish this into the next chapter 'cause I really don't like this fic at all!!! ://
