I missed the wombat (if there was a slight species wobble) but only found two words I would change: first paragraph "legionary sign" to "legendary sign" and third paragraph from the end "Grumpy intimates your wife" to "Grumpy intimidates your wife".

Stop panicking and write some conversation ficlets! Or maybe some more of Duo overthinking things - still love the grilled cheese sandwich one.
