Alright, that went much better than expected. The lawyer said I shouldn't be too worried because the noise violation wasn't an alcohol violation, so they shouldn't convict me of violating my probation...but if they do, to file an appeal within 10 days and come see her again. Well, I've neglected this thing once again. And I haven't been that busy. I went to dinner with Heather the other night and it was good to see her since it had been like a year. She's graduating this year and already has a job lined up in Korea to teach english...and doesn't have to pay for anything while she's there...just pocketing 35,000.

I haven't been sleeping well. I usually wake up around 4-5am, then eventually fall back asleep and get up around 8-9. It sucks. That's when I'm in the most pain..mornings. But after I shower and stuff I'm usually good for the day with a little soreness. They're still huge which is annoying, but today is exactly 1 week since surgery, so I guess ( Read more... )

So. I had the surgery on Tuesday and am still in some pain. It's usually not bad throughout the day...just when I first wake up/get up. I have my post-op today...so I'm not sure if they are taking the stitches out or not. I kinda hope so, cause I really need a full shower. So today was not so great. I had my pre-op which was decent..but I needed to get labs done just to make sure everything was in order. So I call my doctor her office won't do it, then I drive to Chesapeake General and they can't do it because of some fucking code, then they send me to LabCorp and they can't do it because its Sentara.
