A rain wrapped tornado??

Storm Chasers??

...in all my years I've never heard of these things.

I'm currently getting through my feelings of basement envy as I listen to the tornado sirens (?) reminding me that I could die at any minute.

The news man said to cover myself with a mattress.

I do what I'm told.

I'm a bad doggy mommy. Knowing that my beagle is cripplingly terrified of fireworks, I tried this past holiday to shield her against her worst nightmare and decided to drive out of town to the middle of nowhere during the big firework displays. Am I the only person who does not make their bed on a regular basis? It's a chore I loathe, but I should start making a better effort. I was reading the Martha Stewart Housekeeping Book and of course it's on her list of daily chores. Her weekly chores are similar to my spring cleaning chores, which is very sad. Well. I successfully ordered, if one considers $423.00 a success, from Beauty.com. The problem yesterday was the sale wasn't until today.
