the Mind..:Such an unusal idea. Loved this line 'and surprise turned into an odd sort of awkwardness (sort of like when you'd see a teacher out of school as a child)'

Honeyed Tongue:I loved this :D And I wasn't doing too badly with the Latin until equidem - thanks for the translations. I'm glad you placed with this fic :D

Thanks so much! I hope I used equidem correctly, I am in no way an expert in Latin, lol. I'm glad you enjoyed them :)

D/D AND LATIN!!!! I AM VERY HAPPY! VERY HAPPY! (And very proud of myself for understanding everything. Woo, haven't forgotten it all yet!) I love the whole gentle little vignette sense of both of these fics, and how kind of sweet and about all of the moments in between they are.

Hee! I am happy it made you happy! :D It seems a language both would have had learned, I don't know why. I can see Adelle having learned it as a child, and perhaps Dominic just being interested and learning it in college. He is a man of many layers after all ;)

Thank you so much for your lovely comment, I'm glad you enjoyed them.

Laurence Dominic as a craftsman who flirts with his customers. The mere idea makes me smile. The imagined visual makes me smile. Thanks.

Adelle tying one on and not remembering salient facts of an encounter with Dom and both speaking Latin. Ok. I can go there too.

I admire people who can craft something meaningful in a few words. That's hard for me to do. I guess I'm just longwinded or something worse.

Thanks for sharing.

Aww, your comment is so lovely. Thank you. I'm happy my fics brought a smile to your face :)

And uh, you? Longwinded? Definitely not! I aspire to your depth of plot and character development! I've actually been saving the new series you and morgan72uk have been writing for when I'm desperately missing our duo, to be a salve in my despair. This means I shall be reading them soon, lol ;) Oh I miss them. Anyhow, thank you so much for your comment.
