i know! i saw pictures and at night, with all the fairy lights along the street and the snow...it looks so (and this sounds lame but) magical!

oh, hell no, that doesn't sound lame! that shit is more magical than Disneyland during the winter. and it's all adorable and mountain village-y and... yeah. if only the drive up wasn't so treacherous on the coquihalla highway, I'd go up there myself lol

That's really good you guys can see the good side of what's happened to your gran. Sometimes it's time and you have to let them go, even for their own good. She's probably had a long and full life and that's what we all want at the end. *hug* And yay for pearls :)
