A few thing's I've learnt over the last few days.
1. My £6 leather handbag is capable of holding an inch of water with no lasting damage. My phone on the other hand was not so fortunate. The bottle of water I take to work up-ended itself in my bag and I only noticed whilst retrieving my wallet. Law school and such like.
My Legal Practice Course (aka LAWYER TRAINING) starts at the end of this month. Kinda early. I was expecting to start mid to late September, but it's not a big deal really.
I'm kinda excited about starting the course. I've got only 2 contact days a week at Chester, the rest is self-study, which I am down with! Fingers crossed I can sneak in a day at ( Read more... ) -

Had one of those days where I am genuinely amazed it's 4:45. I recall starting work at 8:45 and with a few activities inbetween these two times, the working day somehow existed. Time has flown today, which can often be a good thing, circumstances depending ( Read more... ) -

Gotcha, ya little sod.
GOT MY 2.1!
Had minor heart-attack over the mark for 43 for my Police Powers exam, but the 72 for Medical Law and Ethics exam balances that out nicely. Rest of my grades were nice 2.1s, meaning I've got an overall degree classification of Class 2, Division 1.
Y'know what? I've fucking earnt this!
