Souji tugs Hijikata along the street, grinning like it's his birthday. He's got Hijikata to allow him to visit all the chocolate and sweet shops, so for him, it probably is very close to the birthday experience. He found convincing Hijikata that all the confectionary was a good idea a lot simpler once he let it slip that some sold real melted

Hijikata frowns, vaguely annoyed at being pulled around. "Souji, we're on a budget here, you realise."

Souji nods. "I know. I'll be good! Really!" The mall comes into sight and his smile somehow manages to widen. "Come on, we're almost there!"

"You should know," he mutters and hurries along. He's fearing for his life.

Almost as soon as they're inside, Souji's found a chocolate shop. He drags Hijikata to it and grins when he catches sight of a ceramic pot. "Liquid chocolate, Hijikata."
