No it is not permenant. It washed out of my hair the night before last and I re-did the bangs yesterday. Once I take a shower again I will become covered in the organge shit again. Oh joy-ist joy. But by the end of the summer, I do plan on cutting my hair again,thining it, lightining it then streking it red. how does that sound?
