She was too expensive, and I don't like to support pet stores that way. But some day I will adopt one!

*Laughs* Hon, if I thought you could actually take one, we always end up with foster cats and kittens to place. I'd give you a free kitten. All of my friends already have about five.

Oh dear. Much as I'd love to, I don't think it would go over well in my house. Cats don't do well being kept in the closet, do they?

It depends. We have a cat that refuses to come out from under the bed. She'd probably be thrilled with a closet. She's one of our keepers, though.

I agree, Saturdays are definitely the best days out of the week. And Friday evenings, too.

Oh, you're right! I always forget Friday because it's still a school day. But after the last bell, Fridays are great days too.

it sounds like your parents don't want a cat. that's too bad because cats and kitties are wonderful...

Actually, I never really asked them. But my mother has this bad habit of wrinkling her nose around animals, so I sort of assumed.

it's nice that you get to look at saturdays and sundays like that. I usually work right through them, so it's not quite the same for me.

But this week, ah, this week. I have friday, saturday and sunday off. So i'll be in that state of mind on friday morning :D And then play with my big puppy for as long as i can. A happy weekend to you.
