To quote another evil soul..
"Bored now.."
I walked around in the darkness, just waiting for another something to toss around like a ragdoll.

Quite frankly, I'd experienced boredom before, and I still don't like it.

GEEAAGH.

I hate this. I hate every bloody second of it.
I need something weak to play with.

((Open for anybody))

After my awkward second encounter with Dawn, I continued on with my aimless trek ‘round town. Thus far the night had been pretty even free when it came down to the supernatural. Kind of a bore...

Or...it was. But things might have just taken a turn towards interesting.

A girl. She looked normal enough, but she didn’t sense that way. I’ve been trailing her for about a block now, and rather then continue like this, I ducked into an alley...made a quick right...and cut her off at the next corner. When she finally arrived I studied her for a long moment.

“Nice of you to show. Thought my night was gonna be a bust.”

Standing there, I smiled some.

“So, what exactly might you be then?”

I steepled my fingers and looked at her, right in the eyes. Mine slightly glowed amber.
I smiled, my face malicious.
Ah yes...a bust indeed...

"Just a little of..everything."
I said, and laughed. It echoed off the walls surrounding us, causing the hair on the back of the necks of those in reach to stand on end.

Ooooh her eyes glow! I had a stuffed bear that did that, but he said 'I love you' whenever you hit him in the stomach. Doubt this lass would do that, but ya know what...that would be very funny! Uh, unless you're someone other then me who has a proper sense of humor...

Why was she laughing? I didn't say the bear thing out-loud. What is it with evil things and their need to make with the creepy cackling? I wouldn't mind it so much I guess if I were in on the joke. Ah well. I'll laugh later... And what exactly did 'a bit of everything' mean? I could take that outrageously literal...or I could be smart and narrow it down to the basics of the supernatural. Vampire...demon...other--demon. Yeah, uh-huh, I'm clueless. But that's okay, it's no fun if the thing you're up against gives you a step-by-step guide on how to kill them. (That doesn't happen as often as one might think.) I'll figure it out. Always do.

"Right then. I'm done talkin, how 'bout you?"

I nodded my head in agreement.
"Indeed."
I waited, my muscles tense, heart not even starting to pump faster..yet.
