Thanks so, so much! Technically this story is not abandoned -- I think about it a lot -- but I've got a serious case of writer's block about it. I'm just not sure what direction to take it in in the long run... but maybe I'll try and put something down on paper soon and just see where that takes it... thanks for the encouragement!

You're so sweet!! But I just don't know how I want it to unfold... question: has anyone ever said "I have writer's block on this story, who wants to pick it up from here?" Because I'd be delighted -- and relieved even -- if someone had a direction they wanted to take this in and wrote the next chapter(s).
