My Halloween costume has been mentioned throughout the comments sections of various lj's at this point. So, now that it is complete (or as complete as it's going to get for this Halloween), I figured it was time to show it off. Not that I can take any credit for it other than purchasing materials. I can't sew to save my life.

He so had you! Check out his strong, two-handed dueling grip, as opposed to your careless wrist action. You're lucky he didn't accio your ... wand. (My love of alliteration warred with my sense of propriety and lost.)

Ahem. When you are that age, you may need a two-handed grip. Once you get to be my age... well, I refuse to comment on my "wrist action". *g*

As for the fan, I can't claim that either (although I wish I could!). It belongs to the mommy of the little boy who was trying to hex me. They've got a lovely Asian sub-theme going on in that room.
