It's been awhile! I've had a crazy few weeks or so. I decided to take a break from everything for a week. It was good. I needed a chance to refocus and reconnect with my focus. I think I got so caught up in busy-ness and getting to the next thing that I wasn't enjoying where I was. I'm working on that still, but awareness is such a gift
