Two years ago, in celebration of turning the big 5-0, seven of my close relatives and I took a ten-day, dream trip to Scotland. Like you, I fear I won’t get enough time to see everything when I visit a place I love. I can’t imagine only going once, though in my case, I’d have been lucky to even go once (I didn’t get to Europe until this year, and I’m in my mud 30s).
I’m moving to Europe now though. It has ruined me too (that and a French man).

I'm determined to make it back, whether to Scotland or another country. When people give you the "if you had unlimited funds" scenario, mine always involves extensive travel. :)
