I am going to be completely honest with you. I feel that this is a bad idea. I have seen articles on this diet, and the only people who say it worked were taking a butt load of vitamins, which I know you cannot afford. This "diet" is a step up from anorexia. You can't not eat and then do things, like say exercise. Now if you were just sitting in your room during these periods, maybe. But I know you aren't. I think that you're need for food rules is related very deeply to anorexia and I think that unless you can live with a normal amount of food rules (Like, eat 4 vegetables a day, don't eat more than 2 sweet snacks, that sort of thing) that you aren't going to get better. I know that you need the feeling of control, but this is the wrong way to go about it. I know you are going to get very defensive and probably think I'm a horrible person or that I haven't seen it or read about it or something like that. That's fine. I'm just telling you what I feel about this, and that is that it's a really bad idea and if you need this many food ( ... )

No worries- I lasted two days doing this. I just wanted to see what it was like, and now I know.

I don't want to be unhealthy again, so you don't have to be concerned. I eat plenty and hardly work out, like every other red-blooded American.

I don't know about every red blooded american working out, we are a pretty lazy country XD

It's probably stupid of me to worry so much...but yeah... and I'm glad you're eating meat again, by the way! We should go get steaks or burgers or something to celebrate XD
