of real goodbyes and almost real reactions

This week is the last week of Camp Paul.  Early this morning, I was explaining to my autistic 1:1 that Friday was the last day and I hope he has a good school year in the fall. I've been by this kid's side every day for six weeks. I've also never had an actual conversation with him because of his verbal disabilities.

"I'm going to miss you, Liam."
