Life, Love, and the things You learn in college

After a most unfortunate burning of bridges...I looked back on my time here at BSC, as it is fleeting quickly. I have learned much within these college walls that I never intended on learning. I have fallen in and out of love too many times to count...much of which with the same person, who I now know is unworthy of my affection. I've learned the most about people. The fact that most people are only out for number one. That you are lucky if you find one true friend in your life time. I've been lucky enough to have three, and while I've lost touch with one, I hope she always knows I am there for her. I have learned that the way that people react in a situation shows you their character as well as their assessment of yours. I've learned that to be in a good relationship requires commitment on both sides. Blood really is thicker than water. You never will know anyone until you live or work with them. The person that is control of any situation is the one who doesnt care about its outcome. People will disappoint you, but its the size of the disappointment that matters...some can be easily forgotten, others will take lifetimes to repair. Thats all the wisdom I have for tonight. Laterz.
