Meh, I'm bored and poking listlessly at a prompt on inception_kink , so I thought I'd take time out for: A MEME!! :D I've seen this one around recently and decided to do it for myself.
Post the names of all the files in your WIP folder, regardless of how non-descriptive or ridiculous.
Inception 1sentence (Arthur/Eames) - fill for the beta prompt-table at 1sentence . Arthur gradually realizes things might not be what they seem when it comes to Eames.
Inception - Photographs and Memories (Arthur/Eames) - this was a random, rather bleak idea I had. Two weeks after the funeral, a note and a key are delivered to Cobb, who then learns much more about his point man than he expected.
Inception - Tryin' Not to Ruin the One Thing I Believe In (Arthur/Eames) - This is a sequel to staggered banged with terror through a million billion trillion stars. Arthur checks on Eames at the hospital and ends up crawling into the bed with Eames, 'cause it's the only way he can sleep. :D fill for an old harlequincepted prompt.
kinkmeme thing - tiny!Jim (Jim/Bones) - someone asked for a fic where Jim was shrunk on an away mission gone sideways and Bones has to deal with it. This was gonna be a fill, but it's kind of stagnated... Luckily, I don't think I made the prompter any promises....
ST-XI - just surviving was a noble fight (Jim/always-a-girl!Bones) - companion to Cling to All You Have Left. Basically, that story told from Jim's POV.
ST-XI - Once Upon a Time (Jocelyn Darnell/Leonard McCoy) - prequel to The Best There's Ever Been. This is the story of how Jocelyn and Leonard met and got to where they were in The Best There's Ever Been.
ST-XI - the odd couple (Jim/Bones) - a response to a buckleup_meme prompt, where Jim is almost OCD about cleanliness/neatness and Bones isn't and they drive each other crazy (it was supposed to be a 5+1 and was inspired loosely by an episode of $#*! My Dad Says, I think, but it really hasn't gotten off the ground.)
stxi - umbrella thing (Jim/Bones) - another response to a buckleup_meme prompt. Bones has a bad day and is walking home in the rain. Jim appears out of nowhere with an umbrella and somehow manages to make everything better.
ST-XI - what more could i ask than this (Winona/George) - a random "George and Winona meet and fall in love" story I started writing. Implies Jim's recklessness and willingness to fight comes from his mama, not his daddy. :D
ST-XI - When the Rest of the World Walks Out - this one is really difficult for me, because it's the oldest unfinished STXI fic in the folder, I haven't touched it in a while, and I can't decide if it's GEN or my OTP... Anyway, Five Times Jim Kirk was Everyone Else’s Support, and the One Time They Were His. ("Everyone else" = Sulu, Spock, Chekov, Uhura, and Pike)
Winona about Jim angst thing - companion/side thingy for I Never Meant You Any Harm and meant, not to resolve everything, but maybe hint at a distant future where things get better. Or something... (C'mon, I didn't even know what I was planning with I Never Meant You Any Harm, just that I'd listened to too much Mumford & Sons and was feeling maudlin.)
Iron Man fic (Tony/Pepper) - Something I started way before my STXI kick, where I'd been inspired by songs I heard on the radio and was going to write little fic snippets for them. The summary on the doc is "A love story in pieces", but there's only one piece partially written and I have no idea where I'd planned to go with that.
HMC - Not a Dream (Sophie/Howl) - a Howl's Moving Castle (movie) fic. It's the, uh, scene where Sophie first meets Howl, from Sophie's POV. Not likely to be finished.
Pieces of Eight (White Collar, no slash) - I started using the prompt tables from 1sentence to write two other fics, one for the Nolan-verse Batman movies and one for the TV series White Collar. Pieces of Eight uses the alpha prompt table as inspiration for a series of drabbles instead of the one sentence thing. :D I'm halfway through the table, but didn't watch the show at all last season, so this one is languishing. (the other 25 drabbles are in my WIP folder)
Forced Endurance (Nolan-verse Batman, no slash) - This is the Batman drabble thing. It's only 3/10ths finished; the other prompts are waiting in my WIP folder for completion.
Also, it's not in my folder, but I'd had an idea to write a drabble for/tied to/about each episode of M*A*S*H, but that was a long time and several fandoms ago, so I'm not sure that'll ever happen...
Oh, and there's a couple NCIS fics on my ff.net account that aren't finished, but I'm not sure they ever will be at this point. I'm afraid I rather lost the plots for them...
