Great chapter! Poor Sam's really not doing so hot, huh? But I love how Dean's been with him, trying to get him to eat, and just being *Dean* great big brother that he is.

Sam is indeed having a very hard time. I can't imagine what it would be like to know a force had used your body to do terrible things. I'm so glad you're enjoying this. More soon!

That seemed way shorter than it really was! (Which maybe doesn't sound like a compliment, but it is. This just flowed so nicely, steadily, completely engrossing, and all too soon it was over!)

I love how you write Dean. I love how you write Sam, but I especially love how you're writing Dean with this, because Dean wouldn't coddle unless it was damn serious; he'd be annoyed and irked about Sam not eating, but deep down, he'd be damn concerned. I love how you got that through.

And trust me, I know how the birthday parties can go. I've got a college graduation in a few days and the prep work for the party afterwards is getting insane.

Can't wait for more!

Thank you so much. I really love writing Dean because I love the way he sees Sam, his gruff yet iron-clad love for his brother. It's so great to hear you think I got it right.

And yeah, we're preparing for a high school graduation around here. Lots of work ahead, and I'm still in shock that my little boy is headed for college. Seems like I just blinked and he grew!
