i'm soooo glad you qualified or close to qualifying (confused) for ECAC's! good luck on the second part of your heptatholon today (april 17th)

way to go shot put girl! i did that in high school, and man thats a hard event. i'm surprised you don't throw javeline. most of our hurdlers threw jav and shot. but waaaaay to go! i am proud of you! :) good luck again today and post the results again, its exciting to read :)
