O_O <-- First thinking the picture of Gavin was Elijah Wood (spelling?), that would have been crack
O_O <-- first reaction of grandmother's in smut

Honestly, I didn't think Chase would react the way he did, but again he was high. If anyone knows how to be an asshole while high/drunk then Chase for he was taught by the best (his mother). If I may say, a very typical reaction of somebody raised by an addict. very typical reaction of a family member too. I dont know if you took it from personal experience, but if not, you had it spot on.
Very twisted, very dark. I enjoyed it :)

I totally synpathized with Chase in this chapter. I am the caretaker of my Dad, and the pressure is unbelievable. At night is the only time I feel I can relax and have time to myself. Of course,I don't have the outlet Chase has right now(damn!)but I do know what he means.
Especially the part where he notes the hypocrisy of someone who checks in once a month and passes judgment while her daughter deteriorates and there's only her teenage grandson there to make sure his mom stays alive and the whole world doesn't fall apart on them.
I really liked this. I wish they'd talk more about Chase's childhood on the show. The way it affects him even now.
I like this idea-is this your own table or it from a comm?

Oh I'm so sorry you have to go through all that. *big hug* And I agree, I think Chase was the one with the most interesting and heartbreaking past. For some reason I wasn't really touched by either Foreman's dying mom and the brother in jail or Cameron's husband. Even though the writers tried to make their reactions to these interesting they weren't as complex as Chase's. It was too easy to figure out Cameron's overwhelming (fake!!!) morality and Foreman's mock House-ish reactions. Chase was much more intriguing, for me at least. It would be awesome to see more of him.

And I made the list myself, I just opened my monolingual dictionary in random places and wrote down the first word I saw on the page. :):)
