Reborn? ~ Six connected drabbles (can be read alone)

Chase doesn’t protest, doesn’t plead, doesn’t even ask why, just keeps looking at you with those large puppy eyes and it’s you who has to look away to hide unwanted emotions. He’s not crushed, not even a little worried because he knows it won’t last, you won’t be able to stay away.

This isn’t the first time and won’t be the last either.

I loved, it's beautiful, in a sad way... I can't wonder what happened to Chase's child (my god he abandoned her, ç.ç)

Weeell, he might have stayed close to the child even if not to Cuddy. *shrugs* That's up to your imagination. :)

*blushes* Thank you. I really love writing drabbles, which is why I was so upset there was no thriving House drabble community. I really couldn't NOT create one, hoping people might get the taste for it.

I definitely find them intriguing, nifty little packets carrying tons of imagination and suggestion and wit. My only issue with joining the community is that I'm already watching your LJ, plus I'm in the house_chase community, so I receive at least double notification whenever you post. More than that seems excessive. :) I will have to join sometime however, if I do sit down and try to write some drabbleness of my own.

Really nice. The last one, I think, is the strongest, because it shows just how empty Chase feels.

I love exploring such feelings in him because I don't quite buy his current pseudo happiness (and that has nothing to do with who he is or isn't paired up with in canon). I'm actually convinced he's the most House-like person of all. :)
