Usually I get the EPs right away, but I thought I'd wait a bit on Pets since it wasn't my favourite in ts2 - it looks so good, though! Especially the animals chatting to each other. That is so cute <3 And Appaloosa looks like such a pretty town. And there's ice cream!
To be honest, I was a bit disappointed with TS2 Pets too... It became boring after a few weeks of playing. But I have to say that Sims 3 Pets is so awesome I would play it all day if only my game didn't crash so much :P
I was totally shocked when I saw those chatting horses. It was such a pleasant and cute surprise. Just like the whole Expansion :D
I think Appaloosa became my new favorite neighborhood. And ice-cream rules, of course :D. When I was browsing other people's picspams, one of the most exciting things I saw was the ice-cream truck xD
There surely are households to check out there. For example there is a house where an evil crazy cat lady lives with her cats, and there's another one where another lady lives with dogs. Of course they hate each other, their traits are completely opposite xD
Great tour, most people don't get what I wanna actually see, but you did a lot and had a ton of pics. The town looks beautiful! And the animals are adorable. I think I'll wait and let EA sort out the usual bugs that comes with a new EP instead of risking my families..

Yeah, in that case, waiting is a good idea. There are always bugs (for example my game crashes a lot xD) when EA releases something new. They should fix it at the very beginning, but they usually don't...
This looks amazing! Such a beautiful town and I love that there's so many new pets and interactions. CALICO CATS! OMG! I love Calicos! Really is a beautiful town. Would never have thought ice cream trucks would come with a pet expansion pack xD But it's all good. Hopefully Pets will be mine soon. :)
The newest expansion is amazing indeed! I love the Calicos too :D. The ice-cream truck was one of the best new things EA introduced in pets. I hope you get the game soon. I'm looking forward to seeing what animal will the Cosmos adopt :).
Hehe got it today! :D And I am loving it. Still just playing around with it at the moment, but Bridgeport was starting to bug me with all the proper houses being so far away and the apartments being so small so the Cosmos will move to Appaloosa. I was thinking of moving them back to Sunset Valley anyway, now they can go to Appaloosa instead:)
Yay! I'm moving the Knights too, one of the kids started glitching so I had to move them. But I think this is good, I don't like Bridgeport very much too...
You are definitely not the last one to do a Pets picspam because I haven't done one, either!

I never really got into the pets in TS2 but just from looking at the various picspams and from playing a sim in Appaloosa Plains, there is so much more to the animals this time around. All the interactions between the pets and between pets and sims have such a story to tell. And of course the new town is great, too. I think I need to explore the families living there a bit more, get to know the inhabitants. They certainly look like an interesting bunch!
