So this past year I've been in school (mostly) for a Master's in Library and Information Science. My BA is in Philosophy with an emphasis in Science and Society

The MFA is a rough degree to get, but it does give you a terminal degree. You can also edit journals, etc. with an MA in English.

Yeah at this point I'm leaning toward the MLIS degree so I can just be bitter but stable.

was it the "Anxiety and Phobia Workbook, 4th Edition" by Edmund J. Bourne?

Just saying because it was sitting next to my bed when I read this.

It was. I'm only like 1/3 of the way through. So far I like the way it's written because it doesn't dumb things down for the reader like a lot of "self help" books do.
