Go to www.dell.ie, pick their 2nd-from-bottom Desktop machine, and add 512mb RAM.

That should come to about €650. Order it by phone and make sure to ask if the graphics card is capable of Hardware Transform and Lighting, or you'll need to bump up the graphics card.

Otherwise, head into ITDirect on Parliament St and tell them what you want. Their prices are pretty good, but I'm a big fan of 3year onsite warranties (which is wot Dell provide in the above package).

Otherwise, check out Buy & Sell. You may need to purchase a graphics card separately depending on the machine. I suspect you could easily get a 2nd hand machine capable of running the game (relatively well) for €300-€400.

No worries. The specs for the game are here: http://worldofwarcraft.com/info/faq/technology.html

So long as you get a Pentium 4 (P3 will probably be difficult to get at this point), a gig of RAM, and the aforementioned graphics card (NVidia GeForce 5700 or newer), you'll run the game reasonably well.
