Great again. I love your take on this relationship as being rather gentle and genteel. There's a sweetness there that isn't treacly or maudlin.

Thanks-- that was what I was going for. I'm sure my outlook on them will change when they're no longer rookies; I'm nervous but excited to see what the next few years are going to bring for the team and these two guys. Hopefully not angst!

Next up: Something about a pairing that isn't our young rookies. By the way, I'm deeply looking forward to a future installment of HRaWS in which our heroes share something special: the same agent. (But not in that way. Or maybe in that way, I don't know!)

Thank you! Please keep writing. The other comment is right-on about the relationship being so tender, caring and full of sweetness. Your writing is excellent!
Here is a URL to one about Buster and Tim Lincecum that goes on for 31 chapters and well over a 120 pages that has caused me to go to sleep in tears at times:

The link is chapter 1
I fell in love with Buster in that story and I'm so glad to meet him in yours in happier circumstances.
Thank you again.

Awww.. They're like two little boys with crew cuts. I like the falling asleep fully clothed on the bed.

Great atmosphere, as in the previous P/B fic, around the anticipation of the Texas part of the WS.

Reading this is like getting to see some private team photographs documenting what it was like.
