[Yumi Ozawa is having a rough night. She's decided to bring up something she hasn't in a while, a certain man named William Shakespeare, and a certain play of his.]

Why do you ask questions whose answers you already know?

I'm just trying to make conversation. It's an interesting piece, I think.

[ The reply takes a while to come, not because Magoichi is hesitant, but because it takes her some time to type on this strange contraption. ]

I can see truth in it. Few choices we make are truly our own: each opportunity is dictated by what paths the world offers to us.

So you think that we have no control over our own happiness, then?

We have control, but it is nowhere as absolute as some make it out to be.

Now do you understand why I asked? It's a bit more than just a quote. It's kind of interesting to see what people think.

I believe you are right, to a degree. I am of the belief that where our true choice comes in is how to react to the circumstances we are faced with. The world will not give us happiness: we must fight for it ourselves.

So it's not possible to be born into happiness, either? What if you were born into a healthy, loving, well-off family? Do you still have to work for it?

Of course. No one is immune to trouble, even if they have a leg-up on the rest of us.

I guess that makes sense, too. Everyone's wants and needs are different.

My name is Yumi, by the way. Who am I speaking to?

I am Saika Magoichi.

Wait, that name sounds very familiar. I'm drawing a blank, though.

You may have heard of the Saika Faction. We are mercenaries, who fly the flag of the Yatagarasu.

There are a lot of people showing up from my world's past all of a sudden.
