This was in Emily's lj, but i'm posting it in both cuz i know some of you only use lj and some only xanga.

1. i hate holes...i don't like holes in food, i don't like holes in the ground (lawn aeration frightens me more than anything in the world), and i don't like holes in sponges.
2. i bite my nails. have been biting them for 14 years. it's sick, i know.
3. i LOVE bedding made of jersey fabric
4. when i was 6, i took my mom's camera and locked myself in my room and 26 pictures of Minky, my bear. i got in lots of trouble. film was expensive for us recent immigrants.
5. i can't seem to grow any plant except for this spider plant, which will probably outlive me
6. i broke my left middle toe in Disneyland in 12th grade. i was stupidly jumping into a 3' pool
7. i always misspell "though" "through" and "thought" when i type. i always come up with "throught" or something
8. in 2nd grade, i had to write an essay on how to make something. i was trying to explain that you use a spatula, but i didn't know how to say it in English, so i said, "use a fork to flip the egg" and my teacher told me it was weird.
9. i love to write in journals and emails and even research reports. i hate writing literary papers.
10. according to my mom, i recited the entire pledge of allegience in my sleep when i was 6. i was trying to memorize it for school
11. i have bought music theory books to study for fun.
12. i like desserts that incorporate hot and cold, like hot apple pie with ice cream.
13. my favorite romantic moments are those simple, un-hollywood moments.
14. people's moms seem to really like me.
15. i owned Tom and Jerry suspenders and wore them to preschool quite frequently. the little clips were holographic faces of the crazy cat and mouse. sigh
16. i used to play with this guy's little sister only so that he'll have to come pick her up from my house and then i could flirt with him.
17. when i was 9, i smushed my mom's lipstick by putting the cap on without twisting it back down (i was secretly playing with her makeup), and when she found it like that, i told her i saw Jason doing it.
18. my first memory goes back to when i was one and a half.
19. no matter how bad a food is to me, i can always train myself to eat it, given some time and de-sensitization (like with olives). i still can't eat taro root yet, but i'm working on it.
20. nastiest thing to me is having shoes up on furniture, especially on your bed. it's sick sick sick. do not ever walk into my apartment with your shoes on, and do not even think about going on my bed with shoes still on. you will suffer immense pain and suffering.
