I need some advice from the mamas on my list.

CBaby's is now breech and she trying to get her to turn to be head down. She is due in four weeks and does NOT was a C-section and we are looking to find a natural way to turn her. Any help or advice would be helpful or point me in the direction of where to look to find out some information....

spinningbabies.com is a great resource. There is also chiropractic, moxibustion, and acupuncture.

I was going to ay acupuncture or chiropracty but I guess that's been covered!
Laying on her back with her feet reclined (like on an ironing board with one end on the couch and one on the floor) for a half hour every day can help. Also, putting something cold (frozen peas?) on the top of the uterus might get the babe to turn away-- playing music (with headphones) on the bottom of the uterus might help... those are the ones of the top of my head. There's a lot out there on turning breech babies. If she's going to try an external version, 37 weeks is the best time to do it.
