I always just type my symptoms into the browser, i.e. "hair falling out" and then checking the list it provides for possible causes. :/

Well, the thing is that it's like, "This disease is like polio... except it isn't polio" and then "these are other symptoms" and like, there's no mention of a rash or cough and it seems like everything has a rash or cough, lol. Of they don't affect the nervous system.
I do think I've foudn my mystery disease, though! And if this isn't it, I'm going to research the heck out of it and do that whole "Find research that supports your thesis" thing you aren't supposed to do, lol.
