AMEN SISTA! I completely agree with that 110%. It takes a while before you start wondering "am I living for me, or someone else?" and at some point, all of us are trying to live for the outside instead of living for what's inside of us. Go with that feeling. It's much better to be happy for yourself, than to be miserable and watch all the happy people from the outside looking in. And Clint is a big boy, he can makes his own decisions about his life. It doesn't matter if we all think it's a worthy decision or not.
I agree with how Clint looked last night playing...most of the time, he looks like he's having the time of his life. This time, it was different. And honestly, that makes me a little sad.
And also I agree with the rest of what you wrote, but up to a point. To me, it is good to keep those who are close to you in mind when making important decisions. Although I don't think that others should dictate one's life, but at the same time our decisions likely affect more people than we realize and we should keep that in mind instead of merely looking out for number one.
Call it a meeting point between the two extremes of letting others dictate what you do and merely looking out for number one. At least, that's how it is in my mind.
the ones that matter the most will love you regardless of the decisions you make. its not a matter of looking out for number one so much as it is a matter of being content with where life takes you.
