This is a question for my friends who are on Weight Watchers.
How important is it to eat close to your maximum daily points? I feel like I eat all day long and I only use about 20 points.
(I am not a paying member of WW, but a friend on a messageboard sent me a program that calculates points)

I ate so much food today and only ate 22.58 points.
