This is a question for my friends who are on Weight Watchers.

How important is it to eat close to your maximum daily points? I feel like I eat all day long and I only use about 20 points.

(I am not a paying member of WW, but a friend on a messageboard sent me a program that calculates points)

hey sweetie, i have done weight watchers for a long time now, and it is very important to eat most if not all of your points everyday. don't stress about it, just remember to start in the morning when you wake up to boost your metabolism and keep drinking that water!
