We just made the last college tuition payment. The last time roozle and I felt this way was after the last daycare payment.

Both of my parents retired about 45 minutes after making my last tuition payment. (I exaggerate, but only a little.) I doubt that's in your plans, however.

That is pretty much my thought. :) Hm...it might have an extra building on the property for the experiments that were too dangerous/big for the basement. Maybe using the pool as an extra cooling device.
