It's the beginning of resort season, so the resort accounts are starting to get busy with bitchy people who wait until the resort office closes to bitch about every little thing in their unit....when they checked in 8 hours ago and didnt call the office all that time and scream at us because there is nothing we can do RIGHT THAT MOMENT to make them happy.
