*Starscream didn't try to dodge, since he knew the attack wouldn't hurt him...But he is rather irked that Sunstorm apparently betrayed him first. No one should beat him to his own game, after all... He fires his boosters and exits as well. He comes up a little ways from where Fahrenheight hovers. His brother is nowhere in sight, so he can't retaliate yet. His gaze then falls on Megatron, and his optics narrow, the voice of his Dreamtime "Other Self" hissing in his audio receptors...*

*Feeling almost like that Other Self is influencing his movements, Starscream clenches his fists, his power level rising at his internal command. The violet aura appears around him and increases, not so much brightening but intensifying tangibly. With a battle cry distinctly lacking in screechiness, he charges through the air toward Megatron, one arm forward as if to ram him. He brings his hands up at the last possible moment to unleash a blast of dark energy*

*Fahrenheight's optics widen as Starscream does, indeed, seem to lose his mind as well. He hastily puts some distance between himself and the two Decepticons, raising his weapons and targetting Starscream. He wasn't out to help Megatron, of course...but perhaps an unspoken alliance between himself and the Decepticon leader could put a stop to Starscream and let a true Chosen take his place...*

*Megatron turns his head up towards Starscream, his snarl settling into a smirk. There are no voices to guide him, nothing but his own ego and rage.

And right now, the power of a god is the last thing he wants.

Anyone looking through the halo of purple energy surrounding Starscream to see Megatron sees a much different creature - a monstrous purple warlord with madness sparking in a corona around his head.*

*Megatron leaps upward, letting the energy blast flash by him. He brings his cannon up, aiming for Starscream-*

*Starscream shifts to fire another bolt. Undaunted by the cannon pointing his way -- also apparently unaware that there is more than one, and from another direction entirely -- he flies forward in the bolt's wake with a punch aimed at Megatron's face.*
