Hee! I was just going to say 'boy, you've replied quickly to my day/afternoon trip out' then I realised you were replying here to this.Doh!

Yeah, I'm feeling ok-ish now, I just feel as if I did far too much exercise the day before - a tad stiff and weary, hence the ride out this afternoon to blow the cobwebs away.
