[ For some reason or another, Valeria doesn't quite believe that Ambassador Sunstorm is alright. It might have something to do with her observation that the Blood Elves in Undercity not only behaved as a proud race, but as proud individuals. It might have something to do with a certain transmission she witnessed upon the network earlier in the week. She still isn't sure how to respond to that particular transmission, but this... this is different, and she can empathize on some basic level. ]

[ She pauses briefly in an attempt to decide how best to phrase what it is she wishes to convey. The smile she offers him through her voice is cordial, sincere. ]

[Pride was everything to a Sin'dorei. Arrogance and pride were a robe you wrapped yourself in and did not remove easily. Duib was no exception, though a little worse at it at the moment than usual. As Valeria pauses so does he, assessing the cordial tone, surprised to find it so sincere.]

[And after a pause of his own, mulling the words over.]
