I still think she is just young, inexperienced, and truly clueless that she is making comments that are rather sensitive in nature. I don't deny that the medical system/industry as a whole could use a whole different approach/paradigm, but right now I think it tends to be more fitting with the insurance companies....I really dislike them!!!

The bigger and better things are good....they just take 2 things that are related: time and patience. We will get there, I promise!!!

seems places that say one thing then do another may not be such a great place to work for
