my daddy was awesome! we had a great weekend, and when i was driving home last night, i actually cried for half of the trip. it's hard - my dad is my best friend, and i only get to see him a few times a year, so leaving is always difficult....

but, it was a good weekend, awesome weather, a decent workout, and on a scale of 1 to 5, my eating was about a 3 to 3.5......
