oh my gosh! help! okay, so i've promised myself for the last month that my birthday gift to myself will be an ipod mp3 player! this is the one i want (but in pink):

I've read some reviews on the mini-iPod and most haven't been too positive. The regular iPod apparently works better and is less apt to have bugs or whatever they are called. BUT, it's hard to say NO to a PINK iPod. I dunno. I say get the normal iPod and then put stickers on it. (lol I am so 5th grade)

yea, you make a good point - where do you go online for product reviews? epinions? i need to start getting down with this stuff... either way, i think i am going to go for the bigger one - it's white, and you can buy covers for it in different colors - so if i'm having a pink day, i go pink, if i'm having a green day, i go green...

If the mini is the one you really want, I'd wait the week. It's too expensive to settle.

this is true... so with that thinking, i decided to go with the bigger ipod. :-P while i don't think i'd ever go over 4gb of music, if i did, i'd have to try and upgrade the mini...

i'm just gonna decorate my ipod with pink lisa frank stickers so it looks like a pink mini. ;-)

The mini is cheaper AND cuter!
I've heard really good things about the Dell DJ too. It's the "non-Mac" version of the iPod.

i thought about price - but with my spiffy J&J discount, the regular ipod is almost the exact same price... i think i'm going to go with the bigger one - your sis gave some good points that product reviews for the mini have been less than fantastic... and once i buy this thing, i'm all about no drama.

i have a full size ipod. it might not be as glamorous as the mini, but it's nice, and it holds all my music. if i had just the mini i'd run out.

i thought about size, but even in college, i never had more than 2 gigs of music on my computer - just too much to keep up with... i think i'm still going to go with the ipod 15gb, though, only because product reviews have been better compared to the mini, and it's a more established product...
