how would you know if what you're feeling is what you're TRULY feeling and not what you think you SHOULD feel?
like, how would you know if you're only convincing yourself to feel something just because you think it's the rightest/sanest way to react to something? for example, there's a controversial issue that's making majority of the people angry.
