During the adaptation period I am assuming that my immune system would take a hit. I began eating much healthier than normal, and assuming anything would've happened I would have stopped the experiment.

I'm not too worried about my money... I'm fairly broke right now but I spent most of my awake time playing WoW, Guitar Hero, or reading about polyphasic sleep.

I too am interested in the hit to my schedule, as it will give me more overall time but less large chunks. However, I was able to take a decent nap on New Year's Eve at 11pm, and it honestly didn't go too bad. I think once one's body adapts to the schedule, you really feel the sleep around naptime. It's an interesting feeling. And honestly, I think I could take a nap most anywhere during these times.

Last semester I did the 'everyman' sleep system. I didn't know thats what I was doing but I had 8am classes and would stay up until like 3-4am then wake up and go to class after my first class I would come home and sleep an hour or two and finish my day off.
