hi i started working out again. i just started doing intermittent fasting + ec stack

bench: 95x7, 85x4, 80x5

db press: 15x6, 20x6, 20x6, 20x6

skullcrushers: 10x12, 10x12, 10x5

bb curls: 45x5, 40x9

squat: 105x10, 115x10

sumo deadlift: 135x10

5/12/11

db row: 30x10, 35x10, 40x10, 40x10
