im the grinch but im not stealing christmas

ive had the most awesome pre-break and pre christmas ever. 3 weeks w/ my baby.
23rd he's gone..again. im not looking forward to christmas, not at all. its not about the gifts, there is not one material object that will take away the sadness i feel w/o him, especially on christmas.

im being lame.
im gonna go have a pity party.

Okay Lana. Before this year, when you would talk about missing Max I would be super jealous and didn't understand why if you loved him and he loved you then it was so painful being apart. Now that I'm actually in a good relationship, and I have to spend two weeks away from my boy, and it's only been a week and I'm already going crazy, I understand you a lot better. I guess the point of this comment is: how do you do it? I'm pretty sure it would kill me. I have so much respect for you and Max for sticking it out and loving each other despite the distance, and I know that since you love each other so much, you'll be okay no matter how long you spend apart. And we seriously need to hang out over break because I haven't seen you in so long that I'm resorting to writing absurdly long livejournal comments to you. I love you!
