Is it like first come, first serve? What if two people want to do the same person?

Is it only one nomination per person? Can we do multiples?

You can make up your own nominations if you want. Those are just suggestions based on the actual Oscars.

I'd rather you only did one nomination, but say, if you wanted to vote Pete Wentz, most contribution to bandom and best comedic performance, I wouldn't say no.

When you say you want a rec 'reflecting' on the nomination, does that mean one in which Patrick is acting in conformity with WHY I am nominating him? And I'm going to guess that you won't be terribly disappointed if we rec multiple things, but what is your feeling on providing links to music downloads?
