Chinen looked blankly at the bag of chocolates that Yamada gave him that morning. It was lunch and Chinen was lunchless. *That stupid text made me forget half of my stuff in the morning D< and now I don’t have lunch….I’m going to have to eat this TT^TT*
“Yo.”
Chinen looked away from the precious bag filled with yummy chocolates that Yamada had given him, and he saw Keito.
“You look down.” Keito said taking a seat next to him placing his yummy-smelling-healthy-ish-lunch down on the table dangerously close to Chinen’s starving gloomy looking face.
“Keito do you have a new phone number that I don’t know about” Chinen said sadly.
“Eh? Nope. Not at all. Why?”
“Oh nothing. Can I have some of your lunch?” Chinen’s face lit up. Keito drew back. He disliked that face. He knew he would do whatever Chinen wanted when that face was made.
“Sure….I guess since it’s Valentine’s day” Chinen smiled and looked eagerly at Keito while he separated a portion of his food for Chii.
“Thank you so much! <3” Chinen ate the food eagerly.
“Ne, Where’s Yuto?” Chinen asked when he noticed that their place in the classroom was a bit more quiet than usual.
“Oh, he said that Yamada was going to tell him something”
Chinen chocked on his food. *EHHHHHHHHHHH!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? NNNNOOOOOOOOooooooooo!!!!!!!*
Could it be that his biggest crush Yamada was going to finally confess his love to Yuto? This could be bad. No this was going to be horrible!
Chinen stood up suddenly. “Are you okay?” Keito asked genuinely concerned. Chinen grabbed the bag of chocolates that Yamada had given him in the morning and raced out of the room.

“Are you okay Chinen?” Ryutaro asked.
“Where am I?” Chinen opened his eyes painfully.
“You slipped on the floor and now you’re in the nurse’s office” the younger boy looked somewhat relieved.
“What…I,” Chinen tried to remember what it was that made him be in a hurry, “Where’s Yamada!!!” Chinen quickly got up from the bed that he was laying down on.
“He’s at home of course” Ryutaro looked at him smiling.
“Home, but-he was going to,- and Yuto? What? Is he- could it be? Wait!” Ryutaro failed to follow what Chinen was trying to say but still listened attentively. “What time is it Ryu-chan?”
“Hmmm… a little after five”
“Day?”
“Valentine’s day.” Ryutaro blushed a bit at his answer. *Maybe now Chii will realize*
“I’m too late aren’t I?” Chinen slumped back down on his bed disappointed in himself. *How could I have slipped and fallen asleep at such an important time in my life TT^TT*
“Well…. it’s never too late” Ryutaro answered trying to hide his excitement.
“It is too late! I didn’t even get to say what I wanted to!” Chinen’s mind was in overdrive-*Yamada and Yuto have probably already hooked up together TT^TT Ah! Yamada! Why? I love you more than anything in the world! TToTT*
“Oh! You wanted to say something?” Ryutaro blushed even further. “Say it”
“No! I can’t!” *Yamada and Yuto! It’s way too late to do anything about it*
“Well then I’ll say it”
“No! you can’t say anything!” *it’s too late!-wait a minute! :O did Ryutaro find out about my love for Yamada? Eh? No! This makes no sense…* “Wait! What are you going to say?”
“What do you mean?” Ryutaro was confused now.
“Nothing. What were you going to say Ryu-chan” Chinen’s eye’s stared directly at Ryutaro’s. Ryutaro looked away.

Ryutaro laughed a little. He was nervous and trying to hide it. Chinen laughed too because he was just as nervous as Ryutaro. “Promise?”

“Well I-” Ryutaro inched closer to Chinen.
“Happy Valentine’s day Ryutaro!” Chinen blurted out. He raced for the door. “I have to go home now! It’s a little after five right? Yup! My mom told me I should be home early today cause you never know what crazy stalker girls might do on Valentine’s day! If I were you I’d go home too! Cause it’s-”
“I love you!” Ryutaro called out when Chinen’s hand was turning the doorknob.
“I love you too Ryu-chan” Chinen said nervously.*OMG!!! What if he takes that the wrong way! Eek! I shouldn’t have started rambling… now it’ll just be weird. If I leave he’ll be sad, but if I stay…* Chinen turned around and faced Ryutaro.
“You sent me that text huh”
Ryutaro nodded shyly.
Chinen ran up to Ryutaro and hugged him. Ryutaro didn’t know what to do now.
There was silence all around them. The sun was going down. Chinen let go of Ryutaro and said with a pout, “You made me forget my lunch you know.” Ryutaro smiled.
“So how are you going to make it up to me?” Chinen said playfully.
“I have some chocolate that I was going to give to you” Ryutaro answered unsure if Chinen would be happy about that or not.
