well...havnt posted here in soo long...maily because i've had no gossip...or anything to talk about....but yea....as ALL of you may knoe...sam left me for chris.....and yea...it hurts....but what can you do about it......just put up a high as wall and don't let anyone in...cuz this is the last time my heart will be broken.........comment on what

I understand how you are feeling right now. I did the same exact thing. I told myself not to have any feelings for anybody and that would make my life better. But it really didn't. Self-soothing is good for a while but you need to know when it's time to let go. Sam is not going to be the only person you will ever love. You will love again and maybe it will hurt, but we all learn from stuff like that. I promise you though, one day you will find a woman whi is true to you and will never leave your side.
